- What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is $5.95. This is a set fee, regardless of how large your purchase may be.
- Can my orders be delivered to an address that isn't my own?
This is only possible if you pay by card. A text field requesting the delivery address will appear at checkout. Enter/change this address to the one you would like the parcel to be delivered to. The order will then be sent to the listed address and the receipt will be sent to you. This is particularly fitting when the order is meant to be a gift. If you have any questions regarding this please contact our customer support team.
- How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped. In the email you will also find a link where you can follow your order if it is sent as a package. On your member page you can also see if your order has been sent or not.
- How can I track my order?
Once we have sent your order, you will receive a mail from us stating that your order has been shipped. In this email a link is provided to track your order. This link can also be found on your member page.
- My order is at my postal agent but I have not received a delivery notice, what should I do?
Contact our customer support team and they will assist you the best they can.
- How long is your delivery time?
Our products are all sent by standard mail. If your order is placed before 16.00 CET on a weekday, the order is shipped the same day. The delivery time is between 1-7 workdays depending on where you live.
Exchanges And Returns
- Can I exchange an item that I have tried on?
That depends on what item it is. Underwear are categorized as hygiene products and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged if taken out of the packaging or if they are tried on. So when you receive an order please make sure to check that the item is the right product, size and colour before opening the packaging. Bras, tank tops, t-shirts, loungewear and swimwear do however not fall under this category and can certainly be exchanged even if the packaging is opened. - I am not completely satisfied with the item, can I return it?
You most certainly can! Here you will find all the information needed regarding exchanges and returns.
- How much is the return shipping fee?
It all depends on the parcels weight and size. The staff at your nearest post office can easily help you to get the right quantity of stamps for your return.
In the case your recieved a damaged product, we will refund the shipping.
- Is there a membership fee?
No, becoming a member is completely free.
- How do I log onto my member page?
The login is in the bottom right corner of the page, fill in your email address and password.
- I haven't received an order confirmation. Why?
Double check your email address that you provided when you became a member. In some cases the order confirmation can be mistaken for spam, please check your spam folder and add Uppercut to your trusted email list.
- Can I add additional items to an order I've already placed?
It depends on how fast you get in touch with our customer support team. If you have selected to pay by invoice, you can add new items to the order before it is shipped, contact our customer support team and they will assist you. If you have selected a different type of payment, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
- How does your order confirmation work?
Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent via email. Make sure to enter the correct email address. The order confirmaiton will include all of the information regarding your order. You can also find the order status on your member page.
- What is a pre-order item
In order to offer a wide range of products and sizes, we have created something called pre-order items. This means that we do not have all the rare sizes and products in stock at the moment but you will be able to purchase them anyway. These products and sizes are market with an asterics*. Just follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the item and we will automatically order the item for you. As soon as we receive the item, we will send it out. Usually, we will get the item within the next 5-15 working days. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, you will have the chance to choose whether you want them shipped together or separately at checkout. Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.

- Are the items you sell real brands?
Certainly! All of our clothes are 100% original. The clothes are bought directly from the manufacturer or their agents.
- Will you be getting new brands?
We receive interesting new brands regularly. If you would like updates regarding this, register to receive our newsletter. Otherwise, you can contact us to request new brands.
- Are the colors seen in the pictures an accurate representation of the real product?
All of our products are photographed by us. The colors in the pictures should all be accurate representations, however some of the nuances might differ in a few cases.
- Why does nothing happen when I click on particular features and functions?
- What measures are taken to prevent fraudulent orders?
All IP numbers that have placed an order are registered. All fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.
- I am unable to log in. What should I do?
The most common problem that occurs when logging in is that cookies are not enabled on the users browser. To enable cookies you may need to change some settings on your browser. Read more about how to enable cookies in your browser’s manual.
