Shipping Fee & Delivery
The orders we receive are all safely sent through Posten and FedEx, which both have a delivery time of 1-7 working days depending on where you are situated. The shipping is always free, regardless of how big your purchase may be. If any delays were to arise, we would contact you and you would have the option to cancel the order.
Refundable Within 365 Days
At Upperty.com all purchases are refundable within 365 days, which in other words amounts to a whole year. This means that you won’t ever have to worry or stress about returning or exchanging an order. You can do so with ease and take your time. If you would like to exchange an item please contact our customer support team and they will gladly be of assistance.
Once you place an order, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to you. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address. When your order is dispatched you will receive another email confirming this. Save the messages sent to you, to facilitate any contact you may potentially have with our customer support service team.
All of our sale and promotions are valid until our stock is empty. Promotions and special offers sent out by us cannot be combined with any outstanding discounts or collaborations.
Return Policy - Exchanges, Returns & Reclamations
Underwear is considered a hygiene article and can therefore not be returned if the packaging seal is broken. The goods are sealed before delivery. Therefore, upon arrival, make very sure that it is the right product, the right size and the right color before you break the packaging. Bras, t-shirts, tank tops, loungewear and swimwear can certainly be returned even if the packaging. At Upperty.com we always offers a 365 days return period. When a refund is demanded, it will be dealt with as quickly as possible, certainly within 30 days.
Upperty.com follow the EU directives when dealing with any reclamation. You can read more about this here. In the case of a reclamation, we will refund the shipping. Warranty applies to products with errors for three years. You should contact our customer service within a reasonable timeframe (within at least two months). For any questions regarding reclamations, kindly contact our customer support service.
Upperty.com takes all responsibility for goods damaged or lost during the shipping. If you notice that your goods have been damaged whilst in transit, please contact our customer support service within a reasonable time. This is why it is very important to, upon delivery, check that the goods are not damaged. We recommend that you report any damages caused by shipping immediately at your delivery point and then contact our customer service.
We do our best to make the information about all of our products as clear as possible: that the prices are correct and that the pictures portray a true representation of the product. Even we may make mistakes and have the right to amend them.
Under The Age of 18?
If you are under the age of 18 and would like to purchase at Upperty.com, parental permission is required.
Upperty.com would be released from fulfilling their end of the agreement if any of the following things were to occur. Occurrences that are out of our control such as: strike, war, national emergencies, sabotage, natural disasters, an unnatural decline in the market, measures taken by the government, if the company has been subjected to criminal activity, big accidents and external obstructions.
Thus if any of the mentioned circumstances come to pass, we would be alleviated from fulfilling the terms of the contract.
