How does the Order Confirmation work?

Once you have placed your order, we send a confirmation to your e-mail address that is valid as your receipt and is a guarantee that the order has been placed. It is important to give the correct email address. If you have made an order at www.upperty.co.uk and have not received an order confirmation from us, please contact our customer service at support@upperty.co.uk.

How do I get information about Upperty and news about promotions and offers?

The best way to get information about our offers is to subscribe to our promotional newsletters. We are also on Facebook, search Upperty and you will find us!

I'm having trouble placing my order, what am I doing wrong?

Please make sure that all the required information is completed and that you meet the requirements applying to the payment method that you have chosen. If you still have problems please contact our customer service and we will help you.

Can I add to or change my order myself?

No, it is not possible to make changes online, but please contact us by e-mail to customer service and we will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible so we can check how far in the process your order has come. We will cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. If it has already left our warehouse we cannot cancel the order. You must collect or take delivery of your order and return it if you still wish to.

How does the 3 for 2 offer work?

When you purchase 3 items you get the cheapest one free. For example, if you purchase 3 items costing £10, £15 and £25 respectively the total discount on the purchase will be £10. If you choose to return one of the items, your right to the offer will be removed and the goods you choose to keep will return to their full price.
