Is it safe to pay by card?

If you have a VISA card or Mastercard you can pay with it directly at the checkout. The payment is handled by DIBS, which is the Nordic region's leading supplier of payment solutions for digital commerce. No card details are saved on upperty.co.uk. When you pay by card at upperty.co.uk, the money is deducted from your card directly in connection with your purchase. In the event of a return, a refund is made to the same card with which you paid your order.

Is there an added layer of security?

To increase the security of card usage over the internet, some cards have an added layer of security, for example Visa's 'Verified by Visa' and MasterCard's 'SecureCode'. A password called 3D Secure has been introduced. This is a password system so you can identify yourself when you pay with Visa or MasterCard. You will be prompted to set this up when shopping. Contact your bank for more information.

What is included in the price of the products?

Prices include VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. There is a charge for uncollected packages (£ 15).

How does PayPal work?

With PayPal, you pay easily and securely with your email address and your PayPal password. You do not need to enter your card number. To get an account visit www.paypal.com. Money is deducted from your Paypal account when you make a purchase. In the event of a return, the refund is made directly to your Paypal account up to 60 days after your purchase. If more than 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, we need your account details in order to refund you.

How does my discount code / voucher work?

Once you have received a code, enter it in the designated location at the checkout and press verify. If your code is invalid you will be notified immediately. If you add more items to your shopping cart, the code will automatically be applied to these products as well. Most discount codes apply only to full priced items and the conditions of use are specified when you receive your code.
