It’s free to exchange items or return items that are faulty. For other returns, we charge you a return fee of £3.95 when we have received your return.

RETURNING AN ITEM:

Package the items safely and ensure that all labels, tags and any seals are intact. (We will refund the full price if the item is in the same condition as when you received it).
Seal the package properly and attach the return shipping slip.
